Biography

Devmith was born and raised in Sri Lanka, a tiny island nation in the Indian Ocean. Desiring a change of scenery he moved to Nepal where he completed his Medical degree at Manipal College of Medical Sciences. He graduated medical school with honors in 2012 and came to Connecticut where he completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at Danbury Hospital affiliated with Yale University. He was working in southern Virginia as an Internist prior to joining RIMG. Within Internal medicine Dr. Gajadeera has special interests in Obesity, hypertension and lipid disorders. Outside of internal medicine Dr. Gajadeera loves spending time with his wife and two kids. Some of his favorite hobbies include playing the guitar, watching Cricket and Tennis.
